Shipping & Returns
Cleaner Ears provides shipment for products to all customers worldwide. Due to the popularity of our products, the shipping process takes between 10-20 days. Once we get your order and commence shipping just sit tight and wait, it will be worth it in the end. If there are any problems during shipping, we’ll do our best to help you sort it out.
Our products will be delivered using a trackable and secure method. Whatever product you order, you can rest assured that you will receive it on time. With Cleaner Ears you will not only save on shipping costs, you are also guaranteed to receive the shipment in its best condition.
For shipping, we required up to 4 weeks for delivery orders before they are listed as missing. After 8 weeks, you can request for a refund or a resend.
30 DAYS RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
